Raaz is a visual history book. It brings together stories, dates, maps and media so you can explore the past and inspect the sources behind a claim.

Historical material

Historical records can be incomplete or disputed. Raaz shows source links and uncertainty where known. Automated checks trace current story sentences to cited source text; this does not mean that every claim has received independent scholarly review. Please report a suspected error so it can be reviewed.

Accounts

You may browse without an account. If you make one, keep access to your sign-in method secure. You can export or delete your account through Account. We may restrict abusive use that interferes with the service or other readers.

Rights and attribution

Story sources, maps, photographs and other media have their own licences, displayed near the material or in its source drawer. A Raaz page does not change those underlying rights. Do not remove attribution when reusing material; check each linked licence before copying or redistributing it.

Availability

Features and coverage may change as records are corrected or licensing changes. The service may be interrupted for maintenance. We aim to keep saved data export and deletion available even when a feature is retired.
