Preparing for the 1982 FIFA World Cup

Camp Nou, located in Barcelona, is the home stadium of FC Barcelona and officially known as Spotify Camp Nou. The first stone was laid on March 28, 1954. Architects Francesc Mitjans, Josep Soteras, and Lorenzo García-Barbón designed the stadium. In 1982, it expanded to include additional boxes, VIP lounges, a new press area, new markers, and the third tier, preparing for the 1982 FIFA World Cup.
